Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with our products. If you purchase a SURFMODE system and simply cannot get it to work on your boat, send it back within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Subject to a 25% restocking fee, which covers the credit card fees that we paid to process your card that we cannot recoup, and it covers our packaging cost. SurfMode Viper cannot be returned. We simply cannot guarantee that you'll be able to learn how to surf a PWC in 30 days. Also, if you are buying a Maverick for a Jet Boat - we require you speak with on e of us, before you buy - we want to set expectations. *Restocking fees may be waived at our discretion.
