Life happens - even when you are surfing. If you lose, break, or damage any part of your SurfMode system - and it doesn’t fall under our warranty - we will replace that component for $125. This program applies to original purchasers only - we will find your order number, so no need to stress if you can’t find it.

Please note - We can’t guarantee that we can match the color that you purchased, but we can guarantee that it will perform exactly as it should. Also, replacement wings may be blemished, or have other small visual defects, but every wing will be solid, and carry the same warranty as all of our products.

Prompt Delivery

Almost all orders are sent via UPS Ground. If you need your SURFMODE System faster, just let us know, and we'll make it happen.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with our products. If you purchase a SURFMODE system and simply cannot get it to work on your boat, send it back within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

SurfMode Viper cannot be returned. We simply cannot guarantee that you'll be able to learn how to surf a PWC in 30 days.

All orders placed after August 1st - will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, some exclusions apply. Fees can be waived at our discretion.
